Sabrina is a Full-Stack Software Engineer in the Software Team, where she works to support the back-end infrastructure used for all data analysis at CPG. This includes Seqr, Metadata tracking and Hail infrastructure across multiple clouds including Google Cloud Platform and Azure. Sabrina is also involved in ongoing technical projects between the CPG and our many external collaborators.
The Centre for Population Genomics is a national initiative, jointly housed at the Garvan Institute of Medical Research and the Murdoch Children’s Research Institute. We work all across the country and collaborate with partners internationally and in Australia.
