Glaucoma polygenic risk score

(PI: Co-PIs: Professor Jamie Craig, Professor Stuart MacGregor, Associate Professor Owen Siggs, Professor Alex Hewitt)

Glaucoma is the most common cause of irreversible blindness, and one of the most heritable common diseases. Together with academic, clinical, and industry partners, we are developing an accredited polygenic risk score to improve the diagnosis and management of glaucoma. We have projects exploring new clinical indications, technical enhancements, reporting, and clinical implementation.
